Knowledge does not happen much!

Successfully selling means that you have time to change with the market. Success in business consists of accumulated experience, used sales techniques, ways of influencing customers and competitors.

In May, we invited a well-known coach and a certified business coach - Pavel Klyuchnikov. He conducted a training that helped to gather the necessary information for CRM, and also identified areas for growth of employees of the Department of Commerce and guests from other departments. During the training, fascinating games were conducted aimed at developing the ability to negotiate, find mutually beneficial moments even in difficult situations.

Now our managers look at the client "no" as an interesting task, the answer to which will give a new bit of experience to employees and additional benefit to the company.
